Liz Cattaneo leads communications, marketing and messaging for campaigns and programs at Jobs With Justice. As communications director, she spearheads efforts to shape public opinion on workers’ rights and economic justice issues and sets the direction for media relations and digital strategies.
Liz was the communications director and the deputy director of communications for American Rights at Work, where she led numerous projects that improved the climate for working people in unions and built the group’s online campaign from the ground up. Liz previously served as associate director of communications for the Center for Policy Alternatives, which was a policy and leadership center for progressive state legislators, policy advocates, and grassroots activists. She also served as a political and fundraising consultant to the Ballot Initiative Strategy Center and media coordinator for the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America.
